Paul has been part of our team for over 13 years after previously working as a partner in a small firm in his home town and following his heart to Lincolnshire.
Paul has a varied role advising owner-managed businesses in the care and leisure sectors. He values working at Duncan & Toplis as he is given the freedom to invest his time in clients to understand their business and individual aspirations, allowing him to work alongside them to achieve these goals.
