Dan Fellows

Having qualified as a solicitor in 2008, Dan provides a private client service for the firm’s individual and business clients. He works closely with the accounting, tax advisory, and financial services arms of the business to enable individuals and their families to plan for their future.

Much of Dan’s time is spent assisting families with private business interests and agricultural assets. His specialisms include wills, trust drafting and administration, estate administration and post-death variations of wills, Powers of Attorney (including lasting powers), and Court of Protection Deputyship Applications.

Dan is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Outside of work, Dan enjoys a busy family life, plays some bad golf, and has a keen interest in many other sports.
