Residential purchase

All transactions are different and vary in complexity. We cannot give a precise cost until we have all the information for the transaction. We charge on a fee banding which is based on the value of a property:

£0 - £100,000 - £850 plus VAT
£100,001 - £300,000 - £950 plus VAT
£300,001 - £500,000 - £1,150 plus VAT
£500,001 - £1,000,000 - £1,500 plus VAT
£1,000,000 or more - 0.25% value of property plus VAT

An example of a quote for the purchase of a freehold property at £100,000 would be:
