Danielle is a Property Solicitor at Duncan & Toplis Legal Services.
Danielle gained her property experience whilst working for a large legal regulatory organisation and boutique law firm, where she qualified as a solicitor in March 2023. She then went on to work at an international law firm gaining in-depth experience in commercial property.
Danielle works closely with the Head of Property, the private client team and also with the corporate team to ensure we offer a streamlined and swift service to all our clients. Danielle has extensive experience in a wide range of property transactions including purchases, sales, re-mortgages and transfers of residential and commercial property. She has also worked with high-profile clients and with large-value transactions. Danielle enjoys the uniqueness of each transaction and the building of relationships with her clients. This ensures all clients are kept up-to-date throughout the whole conveyancing process.
