Mandy works closely with the Corporate, Tax Advisory and Private Client teams to deliver joined-up, commercially focused advice tailored to clients wider objectives. She advises on a diverse range of transactions, including commercial property acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, refinancing, pension scheme-owned property, inter-company transfers, and residential property transactions.
