Merna Hassouna is a Paralegal at Duncan & Toplis Legal Services.
Merna graduated from the University of Leicester in 2023 with an LLB in Law and has been working in legal practice since graduation. Prior to joining Duncan & Toplis Legal Services, Merna gained valuable corporate experience through internships and legal experience with leading investment banks and law firms, developing a strong understanding of corporate and business environments.
Much of Merna's time is spent working on company law matters including company reorganisations, asset purchases/transfers and partnership agreements. She works closely with the wider corporate team to provide practical and effective support to clients across a range of business transactions.
As she continues to develop her legal expertise, Merna is working towards qualifying as a Solicitor and looks forward to further advancing her career in corporate law.
