Rhiannon is a Private Client Solicitor at Duncan & Toplis Legal Services.
Rhiannon qualified as a solicitor in August 2024 after completing both her undergraduate Law degree and her masters in Law and Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School.
Rhiannon is experienced in drafting simple and complex Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Trusts. Rhiannon is also experienced in administering both simple and complex estates, which include trust elements, claims for Business Property Relief and claims for Agricultural Property Relief.
Rhiannon works closely with colleagues across our legal services team as well as those part of the wider Duncan & Toplis Group to provide the best possible service for her clients.
Rhiannon enjoys helping her clients plan for their future in the most tax-efficient way whilst also keeping things as simple as possible.
Outside of work, Rhiannon enjoys travelling, concerts and baking.
