As a Solicitor in the property team, Sarah advises clients across a wide range of property matters. She has experience acting for clients on the sale and purchase of commercial property, the grant and renewal of commercial leases, and a range of related matters including licences to assign, underlet and alter. She also advises on transfers of property, deeds of easement and other property documentation.
Sarah has experience advising clients in the agricultural sector, including on the acquisition and disposal of agricultural land. She joined Duncan & Toplis Legal Services in August 2026, having gained a broad range of commercial property experience at a regional law firm.
