Shoaib has worked in high street practices as well as national firms supporting and assisting Senior Solicitors, Partners and the general team.
Shoaib works closely with the head of the Property department and our tax advisory, private client and corporate team to ensure we can offer streamlined services to our clients. This involves a wide range of property transactions from moving property through intercompany transfers, dealing with pension scheme-owned property, buying, selling and remortgaging commercial as well as residential property matters. Shoaib has experience to deal with a wide variety of property transactions to facilitate the Duncan & Toplis client.
