Sophie is a Private Client Solicitor at Duncan & Toplis Legal Services.
Sophie joined Duncan and Toplis Legal Services in 2022 after working as a Paralegal at another local firm. Sophie has previously completed her Legal Practice Course in 2019 after graduating from university in 2017 with a First Class Honours in Social Policy and Sociology and then completing her Graduate Diploma in Law in 2018. She qualified as a Solicitor at the end of 2024.
Sophie is experienced in drafting simple and complex Wills as well as Lasting Powers of Attorney and Trusts. Sophie also runs the administration of simple Probates as well as assisting the team on more complex matters.
Sophie, as part of the Private Client Team, works closely with our corporate and property teams as well as other departments across the Duncan & Toplis Group to provide a complete service for our clients.
